We are experiencing a large number of returns for this clock due to defective clocks. As a result, we are no longer selling the Royal Time Master TC100. You can still purchase the supplies listed below. We would strongly recommend the Acroprint ATR 120 as a replacement for the Royal TC100. Yes, it is a bit more expensive than the bargain basement prices you can currently find for the TC100, but the Acroprint ATR120 is a very reliable time clock. Royal is no longer manufacturing the TC100 -- that's why the prices are so low on other web sites.

If you have purchased a TC100 from Clockmax and it is defective, we will replace it free of charge for 60 days. After 60 days we will be happy to discuss discounting the purchase of a different time clock or you can contact Royal to have it repaired.
