Our checkout pages have special site security designations to prevent the unauthorized transmission of your credit card information over the internet. The web site address automaticaly starts with "https://" which is an indication of the secure site. Additionally, your internet browser screen will have a padlock icon also indicating the site is secure.

Credit Card Charges
You must provide the correct billing address that matches your credit card prior to our accepting your order. Credit cards outside the United States and Canada will not be accepted. Contact us by telephone to arrange alternate payment options.

Your debit or credit card statement may show what looks like two deductions from your account. Please note, these funds have not been deducted but are being reserved within your account to ensure your order can be processed. The first one is known as an "authorization hold" and typically lasts from 3-7 days, depending upon the policy of your bank. Only the second one is an actual charge to your account.

Shipping

Damaged Shipments
If you receive one of our orders and the box appears to be damaged, you should not accept delivery without noting the damage with the carrier.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Ohio addresses.

Manufacturer's Warranty
All units are new and unused, with a full manufacturer's warranty. In most cases the warranty period is one year (some are two years). You must register your unit with the appropriate manufacturer to take advantage of the warranty.

Returns
All time and attendance purchases can be returned within thirty days of purchase with a full refund of the purchase price (shipping is not refundable). Any products received after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee. You must obtain an return authorization number before returning any item. Any return without an RMA will be subject to a restocking fee. Returns must be received within ten (10) days of the return authorization number being issued. All products must be returned with all the parts and in the original packaging. Any damage to the packing or the product will result in a restocking fee, which can vary from 10 to 20 percent. No refunds are available after 30 days have elapsed. We will assist you with any warranty issues and returns during the first 30 days after your purchase.

Quotations Contact us for quotations prior to ordering. We will be happy to provide written quotations for purchasing departments. We will also provide special quotes for volume purchasing.

Affiliate Our affiliate program is very simple. If you place a link on your web site to our site, we will pay you a commission for each order placed at our site. Commissions are tiered based on your referrals and start at 2% of the gross sales.
