Acroprint Time Q Plus time and attendance control for small to mid-sized companies. Tracks employee arrival and departure times. Ideal for office or plant. No more manual calculations for reports. Your employee payroll calculator time clock solution!

The system consists of a badge reader connected to a personal computer. The personal computer software included with the system is used by the administrator to define new employees, edit employee punches, create payroll reports, and export data to popular payroll packages. A link to download a free demo copy of the software is listed below.

Each employee is issued a personal magnetic stripe badge. They swipe their badge through the terminal reader and their name, type of punch (in/out) and hours worked are displayed on the data terminal screen for a few seconds. The data screen will automaticaly return to a display of the current date and time.

This terminal will accept employee badge swipes even if your personal computer is not turned on or if the PC is being used for something else. When all swipes have been collected for your pay period, the PC software will retrieve the data from the terminal.

At the end of a pay period, the system administrator can edit punches to make any necessary corrections. All calculating of hours worked is performed and then the data is transferred to your payroll system.

Reports are easy to generate with Time Q + Plus. Simply preview reports on your PC monitor and send to the computer printer, PC screen or save to an ASCII file. All reports can be sorted by name, badge number, employee number, or shift. Available reports are Hours Summary, Who's In, Who's Out, Employee Profiles, Time Cards, and Clock Rules.
User Selectable English or Spanish Language
This unit ships with the ability to display English or Spanish. It's easy to select your desired language from the personal computer software setup program and it can be changed at any time.
