Single User Version CD ROM -
Included in your shipped package is a CD ROM, quickstart guide and warranty registration card. This version can be installed on one computer and all employees will punch in and out on the same personal computer. This base version supports up to 50 employees. Option to upgrade employee capacity (maximum is 250). Software is available in English, Spanish and French and will work on the following Microsoft® Windows Operating Systems: Internet Explorer 6.0 or above, XP Professional,Server 2003 Standard or Enterprise Editions, Server 2008 Standard or Enterprise Editions, Vista Business or Enterprise Editions. The software is installed and an administrator password is created for the person who will be defining employees and the associated payroll rules. After the rules have been defined; each employee can punch in and out at a personal computer terminal. At the end of the pay period; the administrator logs on to the system to review and optionally print time sheets before electronically transferring the hours worked data to your payroll system.
