Eliminate Manual Calculations with a Totalizing Payroll and Job Costing Recorder

No manual calculations of time cards needed, let the clock total it for you! The ATT310 never needs resetting. The Perpetual Calendar automatically advances the date including Daylight Saving Time. It?s solid construction features a professional appearance with a dot matrix printer and large LCD display with date and time. The ATT310 provides automatic or manual print operation. Selectable print format: Hour (12 or 24), Choice of Standard Minutes, Tenths or Hundredths, and Day/Date in English, French, Spanish, or Portuguese. It prints elapsed time between the pay period in 1, 6, 10 or 15-minute increments. ATT310 has the ability to set up rules, such as automatic lunch and break deducts.

The corresponding ATT311 time cards have a magnetic-stripe that stores the information until the end of the weekly pay period and then, when activated, prints the total hours on the card for payroll processing.

This recorder can be used to support Time & Attendance or Job Costing and it is designed for a professional office environment for companies with 200-employee capacity.
